BlockBeats 消息，4 月 1 日，据汇港资讯报道，香港财经事务及库务局副局长陈浩濂在 ACCA 香港分会 2026 年度税务研讨会上表示，香港已获立法会支持，目标在 2026 年内完成加密资产申报框架（CARF）立法，以实现各税务管辖区间加密资产交易数据的自动交换，提升交易透明度。
此外，香港计划于 2028 年前实施经合组织修订版共同汇报标准（CRS），并于 2029 年前与参与税务管辖区完成首次数据交换。陈浩濂强调，落实 CRS 与 CARF 对巩固香港国际资产管理及金融中心地位具有深远意义。
