Zanker’s spokesperson, Kevin Mercuri, denied that the new game directly imitates Monopoly Go! but admitted it shares some conceptual similarities. Although Trump has previously ventured into gaming — notably with his 1989 board game Trump: The Game — this project represents a bold leap into the digital future of entertainment.

Hasbro Says “No” Hasbro, the company behind the classic Monopoly brand, made it clear it did not license any of its intellectual property to Trump’s crypto project. According to sources, Zanker even tried to re-acquire rights to Trump: The Game, but Hasbro confirmed it has not held those rights for over 20 years. Still, the project moves forward. Three additional sources confirmed that Zanker was involved in launching Trump’s memecoin and is listed on the founding documents of FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT LLC, a company connected to crypto. Zanker’s team previously released a viral series of NFTs featuring Trump as a superhero, astronaut, and Wild West cowboy. Now, they’re betting big on the gaming space.
