Net inflows of southbound funds in the year have increased by more than four times year-on-year, analysts say it is expected to drive more funds to follow the Hong Kong stock market

Jinshi data news on March 12th, Wind data shows that on March 12th, the net purchase amount of southbound funds was 26.212 billion Hong Kong dollars, refreshing the third highest record of net purchase amount of southbound funds in a single day. Since the beginning of this year, the speed of southbound funds flowing into Hong Kong stocks has accelerated. As of now, the net inflow amount for the year has reached 365.72 billion Hong Kong dollars (equivalent to over 340 billion RMB), more than 4 times higher than the same period last year. Market analysts pointed out that southbound funds continue to increase their inflow into the Hong Kong stock market through the Hong Kong stock connect, reflecting not only the market's demand for Hong Kong stocks, but also expected to attract more funds to follow the Hong Kong stock market.
