Trump may make major concessions to Ukraine, but will continue to provide assistance and allow it to enter Europe.
According to the Daily Mail, Trump's Ukrainian peace plan has been leaked. It is reported that the Ukrainian army will be forced to leave the Kursk region of Russia and dispatch a European detachment, possibly including the British army, to a non-military zone to maintain order. The US military will not join this special forces team. The EU will be asked to assist in the reconstruction work in Ukraine, which is estimated to cost as much as $486 billion over the next decade. According to reports, these plans will start from the telephone conversation between Zelensky and Putin in early February, hold talks between the leaders of the two warring countries from the end of February to early March, and officially announce a ceasefire on April 20. Subsequently, all parties will issue a detailed statement on ending the war before May 9, after which Kiev will not be able to extend the state of war or mobilize the army. Although many terms in the plan involve concessions from Ukraine, Trump plans to continue to support the Ukrainian army and pave the way for Ukraine to join the EU by 2030.
