On November 14th, Jin10 Data reported that Bohai Leasing announced that in order to optimize its asset structure, improve the quality of its fleet assets, and enhance its competitiveness in the global aircraft leasing market, the board of directors agreed that the company's controlling subsidiary, Avolon Holdings Limited, will sign relevant protocols with SMBC Aviation Capital Limited through its subsidiary SPV to carry out the sale of leasing assets of 10 aircraft with attached leases. The board of directors authorized Avolon's management team to sign relevant legal documents.
