Rune Project 2 DECENTRALIZED adjusts UNTITLED minting fee: reduced from 1 million runes to 100,000 runes

Golden Finance reported that the 2nd rune project DECENRALIZED announced on the X platform that, after listening to community feedback, adjustments were made to the previous UNTITLED minting details, with the minting fee reduced from the previous 1 million DECENTRALIZED runes to 100,000 DECENTRALIZED runes. The minting will be divided into two phases:

1. The first stage has an available supply of 100 coins. Wallets holding 100,000 DECENTRALIZED tokens and 2 Prometheans will be snapshot at 1:00 PM UTC on July 16th. 300 eligible Wallets will be randomly selected from the Snapshot and announced on July 17th.
2. The second stage has an available supply of 100 coins + the remaining supply of the first stage. Holders of 1,000,000 DECENTRALIZED tokens and 1 Prometheans Wallet will be snapshot at 1:00 PM UTC on July 17th, and all these Wallets are eligible for minting.
