This round of the market will be brought down by the inscription track?

1. For the game, is it better to ARB ecology or BSC ecology?

From my usual point of view, I definitely think ARB is good. I also elaborated on the reasons in previous articles.

Broadly speaking, BSC is the peripheral system in the ETH ecosystem, while the ARB is the authentic system in the ETH ecosystem. According to the data I listed in my previous article, the development trend of these two ecosystems is one or the other: the peripheral ecology will gradually give way to the authentic ecology.

Therefore, in the long run, I hope that the projects in the ETH Fang ecology that are preparing to switch the ecology can be switched to the authentic system of ETH Fang.

2. Will this round of market be collapsed by inscriptions?

For this round of small rebound, there is a slight cooling trend at present. It’s hard to say whether this cooling is dominated by the inscription’s cooling, but the inscription’s cooling will definitely play a big pulling role, and I think the main reasons may be as follows:

First, there are ups and downs, which is the law of the market.

The second is that this round of small rebound is indeed driven by the inscription, and when the craze of the inscription gradually cools down, it will definitely have a cooling effect on the rebound.

The third is what I have expressed before: so far, there has been no explosive application in the inscription ecology that is particularly gold-absorbing, so it is difficult to sustain this momentum by relying solely on FOMO tokens or inscription NFTs.

3. Is the liquidity of NFT on BTC worse than that of ETH Fang?

For now, it seems so. When I think about it, there could be two reasons:

First, objectively speaking, the number of NFT participants on the BTC is still small, and there is still a big gap with ETH.

The second is that the experience of trading NFTs on BTC is not very good. Let’s take my personal experience as an example: I bought an NFT a while ago, and it took four days for the transaction to arrive in my wallet. If it is a regular user, you may think that the transaction has failed. I went to the transaction pool to check the status by myself and found that the transaction was still in progress.

But I don’t think that’s an obstacle. Sooner or later, there is a way to solve the technical and experiential problems, and we can’t give up eating because of choking.

But in this round of small rebound, I found an interesting phenomenon: BTC inscription NFTs are all hot new projects and popular projects, such as the more classic Sub 10K, their floor prices do not seem to have changed much.

This is somewhat different from the NFT trend of the ETH Fang ecosystem.

5. Will the original value of all inscription NFTs be greater than that of Cryptopunk and Bored Ape?**

I would divide the inscription NFTs into three categories:

The first category is collectibles, such as Sub 10K, rare sats, etc. in BTC inscriptions;

The second category is artwork, such as TwelveFold, goosinals, etc.

The third category is the project category, such as Bitcoin Frogs, etc.

The first type can be compared to the cryptopunk in the ETH Workshop and even the antique NFTs on the ETH Workshop before 2017. I feel that this kind of inscription NFT has great potential, and I myself often choose the opportunity to buy some I like. But whether any of them will surpass Cryptopunk, it’s hard to say. After all, cryptopunks have been seen as representatives of crypto art outside the circle.

Looking at it now, there is no such project BTC inscription that is out of the circle like punk.

The second type can be compared to the Art Blocks in ETH Square. I’m also optimistic about this kind of product, and I’m also taking the opportunity to buy some of my favorites. But at present, it seems that the ability to get out of the circle is not strong.

The third category is benchmarked against bored apes. I’m cautious about this one. At the moment I don’t buy, like Bitcoin Frogs, I don’t. My point of view is still the same as I once shared: in order for this kind of project to get out of the circle, it must develop an ecosystem. And when it comes to developing the ecology, at least now, no one can compare to the Bored Ape.

The Bored Ape has not yet succeeded in finding a way, and it is too early for other projects to surpass it in value.
