Korean STO platform PIECE operator Bycell Standard completes approximately $2.7 million Series A funding

Gate News reports that on March 11, Korea’s Security Token Offering (STO) platform PIECE’s operator, Bycell Standard, completed Series A funding of 4 billion KRW (approximately $2.7 million USD). Investors include Xperix Group, S&S, and others. Xperix Group will become its main strategic shareholder. The new funds will be used for acquiring new product underlying assets, recruiting talent, and applying for licensing for the Chinese market. Bycell Standard is one of seven companies approved by the Korea Financial Services Commission Securities and Futures Commission for business restructuring, and is also a pre-licensed member of the KDX Alliance.
