PANews January 25 News, according to Korean media Ohmy News, the Gwangju District Prosecutors Office in South Korea recently reportedly lost a large amount of Bitcoin that was seized and stored during criminal investigations. The exact quantity of the lost Bitcoin has not been disclosed, but it is understood to be worth several hundred billion Korean won. The prosecution is conducting an internal investigation.

Internal discussions within the prosecution suggest that the lost Bitcoin is valued at up to 70 billion Korean won.”
An official from the Gwangju District Prosecutors Office responded to media inquiries by saying, “We cannot confirm this matter.”
