China's Supply Chain giant LinkLogis partners with XRP Ledger! Major breakthrough in cross-border finance and RWA tokenization.
The Chinese Supply Chain Financial Technology leader LinkLogis (Lianyi Rong Technology) officially announced a strategic partnership with the XRP Ledger (XRPL), planning to deploy its digital supply chain financial applications on the public chain and promote innovative applications such as cross-border payments, stablecoins, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. This move not only highlights the penetration of XRPL in the mainstream financial sector but also indicates that Chinese companies are attempting to break through the policy boundaries of public chain applications.
Core Collaboration: Cross-Border Payments and Digital Supply Chain Finance on Chain
According to the announcement, LinkLogis will integrate the platform into the XRPL mainnet, utilizing its efficient, secure, and low-cost cross-border payment capabilities to enhance the competitiveness of global Supply Chain financial services.
Transaction Speed: Each transaction takes only 3–5 seconds to complete.
Transaction cost: as low as 0.00001 XRP (less than one cent)
Security Mechanism: Based on consensus protocols and account serial numbers, effectively preventing double spending and vulnerability attacks.
This will enable LinkLogis to provide near-instant cross-border settlement services for overseas customers and promote its Supply Chain financial solutions in the global market.
Strategic Significance: Public Chain Cooperation in the Chinese Context
It is worth noting that LinkLogis is closely linked to the Chinese market, and Chinese regulatory authorities have always taken a cautious approach towards public chain applications.
Business scale: Processing 4.8 billion yuan (approximately 670 million USD) in trade financing transactions in the first half of 2025.
Cross-border ratio: only 2.5% of the total volume, the focus of this cooperation is to enhance cross-border business capabilities.
Funding model: In addition to bank financing, funding can also be provided to suppliers through Asset-Backed Securities (ABS).
Although not all trading volume will be migrated to XRPL in the short term, this collaboration lays the foundation for future scalable applications.
Expanding Domains: stablecoin, RWA and AI-driven Automation
The cooperation between both parties is not limited to cross-border payments, but will also explore:
Stablecoin Applications: Improving Cross-Border Settlement Efficiency and Liquidity
RWA tokenization: Transforming Supply Chain financial assets into tradable blockchain Tokens
Smart Contracts and AI: Achieving Global Transaction Automation and Risk Management
LinkLogis has also jointly established Olea with Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on cross-border trade financing and asset tokenization, and has obtained a capital market license. Although it is not directly included in this XRPL collaboration, it demonstrates its long-term layout in the blockchain finance sector.
Conclusion
The cooperation between LinkLogis and the XRP Ledger marks the first large-scale embrace of public chain technology by a Chinese Supply Chain fintech company, expanding application scenarios to cross-border payments, stablecoins, and RWA tokenization. Although the proportion of cross-border transaction volume is not high in the short term, this strategic alliance is expected to become an important milestone for XRPL's deep integration into mainstream financial infrastructure.
