Jin10 reported on June 2 that the Turkish government expressed its hope that the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul could facilitate talks between Russian President Putin and Zelensky. A representative of the Turkish government stated, "It is expected that the outcome of the negotiations will promote talks between Putin and Zelensky. But it is still too early to say so now."
