According to ChainCatcher news, financial technology infrastructure provider Alpaca has completed a $52 million Series C funding round. The investors in this round include 850 Management, Derayah, Kuwait Investment Company, Portage Ventures, and Unbound. Alpaca stated that this round of financing will be used to continue building its API-first infrastructure, accelerate global expansion, and develop products including 24/5 trading and fully paid securities lending. According to reports, the company offers trading interfaces for stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies aimed at developers.
