Jin10 reported on April 27 that on the morning of April 27 local time, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued a statement saying that its delegation had left the Egyptian capital Cairo after concluding talks with the Egyptian side. The statement indicated that the delegation had engaged in intensive discussions and negotiations with the Egyptian side during their stay in Egypt, focusing on issues related to promoting a ceasefire in Gaza and ending the Israeli war on Gaza. Hamas reiterated its position on achieving a comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza, which includes implementing a ceasefire, exchanging personnel with Israel, allowing aid into Gaza, and resuming the reconstruction of Gaza. Hamas and the Egyptian side agreed to further maintain communication on related issues and promote the implementation of the Gaza ceasefire. The two sides also discussed the local humanitarian crisis in Gaza under the strict Israeli blockade that prevents supplies from entering Gaza. Both sides emphasized the need for urgent action to provide assistance to the people of Gaza.
