According to Gate.io News bot, Decrypt reported that the Ethereum NFT and gaming project CyberKongz announced that the SEC has completed its investigation of the project and has ultimately not brought any charges or taken enforcement action.
Previously, CyberKongz received a Wells notice from the SEC regarding the project's BANANA token usage, blockchain game functionality, and contract migration in 2021. At the time, the SEC viewed these actions as potential securities offerings.
