[The SEC and CFTC will hold a regulatory coordination roundtable on September 29] The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ( CFTC ) issued a joint statement on September 5, 2025, announcing that they will strengthen regulatory coordination and cooperation, and will jointly hold a roundtable meeting from 1 PM to 5 PM on September 29.
