[The Senate Banking Committee is about to release a draft of market structure reform] According to market news released by Eleanor Terrett, the Senate Banking Committee, chaired by Tim Scott (Republican, South Carolina), is finalizing its latest market structure reform bill after gathering feedback from industry and lobbying groups throughout the summer. Senator Cynthia Lummis (Republican, Wyoming) still plans for the Banking Committee to review and revise the bill text at the end of this month, with the Agriculture Committee following up in October, and a full Senate vote tentatively scheduled for November or December.
