The content below is all nonsense that I made up, not official information, all of which I fantasized!
I see that someone is talking about the Monad public offering again; the rumors are powerful!
According to previous statements, there are rumors that the Monad public offering will use the sonar platform. Many people may find this quite unfamiliar, but the plasma public sale actually used sonar, so there is speculation that the second project of sonar is Monad.
echo and sonar are from the same company; echo focuses on deals with VC terms like angel rounds and seed rounds, while sonar specializes in public sales with 100% unlocked deals.
It should be noted that although both use the same KYC system, echo does not require face authentication, while sonar has a chance of requiring a second face authentication before participating in the purchase. Don't ask me how I know; those who have used plasma probably have encountered this.
Let me analyze the public offering again, it's most likely a situation of some sort.
I guess it will be divided into 2 pools, one for guaranteed quota and the other for oversubscription. As everyone knows, oversubscription means anyone can participate, here we are talking about the guaranteed quota.
If there is a guaranteed amount, I have a few guesses.
1. Community roles, the level of community roles represents different limits, with the lowest level being those who possess the fa role.
2. Recently, the monad card may also have a limit associated with owning the card. Observant individuals have noticed that the description of each person's card is also different, which suggests that there are different tiers, and the limits for different tiers should also vary.
3. The card in the community section will, without a doubt, have a level classification. However, it is unclear whether this classification will be based on the roles in the community or based on the number of YES received by everyone in the recognizer. Different levels correspond to different limits.
This guess has overlapping parts, but I ultimately lean towards the idea that everyone's limits are determined based on the card they receive.
