Hong Kong these days has a fairly high activity density, full during the day, not lacking in events at night, but truly lasting two or three hours with people is not very common.

The CoinUp Jazz Night on April 20th is scheduled from 19:00 to 23:00, four hours—neither too long nor too short.
The venue is at Popinjays Rooftop, facing Victoria Harbour—such a location naturally filters out some ineffective flow.
It doesn't resemble a standard agenda event.
JZ CLUB hosts the entire event, with veteran musicians like Lan Lan and Chen Juncai on stage, the music continuously playing but not overpowering, instead serving as a background that sets the rhythm.
People are the key variable in this scene.
Traders, project teams, capital, KOLs—roughly all gather in the same space.
There are no long speeches, nor deliberate control of the scene; more naturally, people disperse and reconnect.
Drinks and snacks are basic provisions, the space isn't particularly crowded, and the pace is a bit slower—under such an environment, the efficiency of information exchange is actually quite high.
After all, in four hours, you might only truly have conversations with three or five people, but that’s often enough.
The quota is filtered; it’s not completely open.
This approach, to some extent, reduces noise and keeps the scene at a relatively stable density.
If you happen to be in Hong Kong, it might be worth experiencing such a night—at least more practical than attending another daytime panel, with more tangible gains.
