The law firms Wolf Popper and Burwick Law jointly filed the lawsuit last month and served the defendants this week. The defendants must submit their answer or motion within 21 days.
In addition to these two crypto companies, Solana Foundation's General Counsel Yelena Cavanaugh, Executive Director Dan Albert, and Communications Director Austin Federa also received subpoenas.
