On June 2nd, 21Shares officially listed the ETP trading product Hedera ( code: HDRA) on the Euronext Amsterdam and Paris exchanges, providing a managed investment channel for Hedera's HBAR token.
Hedera uses the Hashgraph consensus mechanism with the capability of processing up to 500,000 transactions per second, fixed low fees, and an energy consumption of only 0.000003 kWh per transaction — saving energy compared to Visa by about 1,000 times. This technology is supported by major corporations like Google and IBM, targeting enterprise applications such as supply chain management.
HDRA started with 200,000 USD in assets under management, benefiting from the governance mechanism of 39 global organizations in the Hedera ecosystem, ensuring stability and scalability for real-world applications.
