Dear Merchant, if you no longer wish to retain your merchant status, our platform provides a convenient exit portal. Please follow the instructions below to submit your application. We will assist you in completing the exit process and ensuring the refund of your security deposit.
Instructions
1. Submit Exit Request
Location: P2P User Center - Settings - P2P Merchant Exit Once you click to apply, the system will check if you have any open orders, pending disputes, or active advertisements to ensure your account meets the exit criteria. If the conditions are met, you may proceed with your application. Please confirm that you understand the exit process on this page, then click “Confirm and Continue” to move to the next step.
2. Choose Exit Reason
Please select your reason for exiting, including:
- I no longer wish to engage in P2P trading, though I may return in the future.
- I would like to continue P2P trading but need to unlock my funds now
- I need to exit due to a personal emergency.
- I'm dissatisfied with the platform's services and plan to leave
- Other reasons [Please specify]
3. Final Confirmation of Exit Request
After making your selection, a pop-up will confirm that your request has been successfully submitted. If you have deposited a security fund as a merchant, the deposit will be refunded via the original payment method after the approval of your exit request. (The time required for the refund may vary based on specific circumstances, so we kindly ask for your patience.)

4. View Exit Progress
After submitting your application, your status will be updated to “Pending Review”, “Exit in Progress”, or “Review Failed”. Please check the specific progress based on your status: • Pending Review: Review is expected to be completed within 1-5 working days. • Exit in Progress: Expected completion date and deposit return details. • Review Failed: In this state, you can re-initiate the exit request process. If your application continues to fail, please contact Cutomer Support for further assistance.
In the “Pending Review” status, you will not be able to post advertisements. A system prompt will appear with a “View Details” button.
How to Cancel Exit Request In the “Pending Review”status, you can cancel your exit request, restore your merchant status, and continue posting advertisements.
Important Note
- Ensure all transactions have been settled, and your account is in good standing with no unresolved orders or disputes.
- If your account has any risk issues or irregularities, the P2P Manager will assist you in resolving them before processing your exit request.
- Once the exit request is approved, your merchant privileges will be terminated, and your account will revert to standard user status.
