Merchandise Reward Terms: Merchandise rewards are distributed via the [Gate Shop] - [Airdrop]. Claims must be made within the validity period; unclaimed rewards will be forfeited. Once an order is placed, product and shipping details cannot be changed. If incorrect information or delivery issues occur, the reward will be forfeited. Rewards will be shipped within 60 days. If delivery fails, a $10 - $50 Trading Fee Rebate Voucher (valid for 30 days, 10% rebate) will be issued. In case of insufficient stock, rewards will be replaced with equivalent items.
